Required Skills: • All roles and responsibilities listed in BA2 • Experience eliciting and defining system and user requirements through observation, interviews and analysis • Experience working with end users to define requirements and provide technical advise and assistance in large scale environments • Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements • Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis • Experience using a business requirements tracking tool for recording and prioritization of business requirements • Experience in systems process and data mapping, requirements gathering, analysis as well as creating detailed documentation • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication • Experience interviewing non technical end users to determine and document current business process flows • Experience using Visio to create business process flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams • Experience creating test conditions, test cases, and test scenarios • Experience as a technical Business Analyst from project initiation through completion on a min of two projects (2000 hours each min) • Experience using project management software(MS Project , clarity etc) to develop and maintain a work breakdown structure on a min of two projects • Experience in at least one organization as large as ODPS • Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
