DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: The business analyst position for the South Carolina child support system project will be responsible for the following activities: • Manage and provide guidance to the FCCMS functional team • Lead the functional analysis and design activities for the FCCMS implementation • Work with Counties to solve many of the most complex business process changes • Participate in the implementation of FCCMS • Analyze vendor business designs and validate functionality meets approved state requirements. • Coordinate with state subject matter experts to confirm system functionality meets end user expectations. • Lead the testing team in developing scenarios, scripts and executing as necessary • Triage incidents discovered during all phases of testing. These include defects, design issues and functional scope changes. This includes coordinating with vendor development staff to communicate issues and provide potential solutions. • Review all relevant vendor documentation including but not limited to business requirements documentation, test plans, technical design documentation.
