These include defects, design issues and functional scope changes. This includes coordinating with vendor development staff to communicate issues and provide potential solutions. • Review all relevant vendor documentation including but not limited to business requirements documentation, test plans, technical design documentation. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on large software projects. • 3 + years of experience working on child support related software projects. • Experience working in the agile software development methodology. • Strong analytical skills • ability to read and understand data models and to use sql to query data. • Ability to use Ms office, sharepoint, effectively • Strong ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively with technical, non-technical staff, customers/stakeholders (state and federal) and executives Desired Skills: • Experience with microsoft team foundation server (TFS) • a strong understanding of the basics of financial operations, from receipts to disbursements to reconciliation related to child support enforcement   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
