They will create rollout plans to roll out new tools, technologies and frameworks within BPM. They will develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the BPM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within BPM. The BPM Specialist will work with a team of SMEs to help create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the BPM discipline. Required Skills: * Strong skills in Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering required * At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects * Demonstrated experience working with Customer Relationship Management, Business Rules Management and Content Management tools. MS BizTalk mapping experience preferred * Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups * Strong business/client engagement skills * Experience developing business requirements * Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations * High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio * High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard * High attention to detail * Experience transitioning stove-pipe systems and architecture to SOA-centric architecture   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
