Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills.  An understanding of current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective manner.  HHS COVID-19 Reporting - End user support, maintenance, and troubleshooting: Become familiar with different workflows related to COVID-19 data submission (manual, SFTP); provide guidance and continuing support for end users across the state Develop troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve reported issues to ensure compliance with federal CMS requirements.
