The new MDPP will establish processes to prevent the exploitation of vulnerabilities on medical devices across a multi-disciplined, large enterprise and establish processes for remediating cyber security vulnerabilities on medical devices Position Responsibilities: Serve as member of the Isolation Architecture Change Advisory Board Based on provided Access Control List (ACL) guidelines, perform analysis on ACL remediation reports and ensure configuration meets baseline standards Writes and presents reports to stakeholders and VA leadership Coordinate with program team members to gather and validate ACL Remediation data Analyze ACL Remediation data to determine program status and make recommendations for improving processes Review ACL Remediation reports to develop acceptance recommendations for the Change Advisory Board Identify and create new methods of gathering and analyzing source data to evaluate program effectiveness and analyze business processes. Excellent communication skills, including: o Effective verbal, written, listening and presentation skills o Ability to effectively engage and successfully interact with internal stakeholders and customers at all levels Relationship-building skills. Requirements: Experience securing medical devices either in the medical field or working at the Department of Veteran Affairs Working knowledge of networking and related technologies (such as Access Control Lists) Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes to business goals. Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. Must be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes Bachelors Degree in a business discipline. A minimum 10 years of work experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
