Responsible for design and development of detailed procedures and process flows for the new Pricing Execution System (PMA). Develops plans(objectives, strategies and tactics) to meet goals and timelines. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. DETAILED POSITION OVERVIEW: The Pricing Middle Office Professional will be matrixed to the Single Family Strategic Delivery, Pricing Execution Group to support implementation activities, such as detailed procedure and process flow development, drafting training materials, assisting in training sessions, etc; in preparation for the deployment of the new Pricing system.. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent work experience 2-4 years experience in creating process flows and governing documents (risk & controls focused) in a project setting where the processes have not yet been performed Proven ability to work cross-divisionally with the project / change management teams, business area, operations, technology, and with varying levels of the organization Experience with SOX controls and/or documenting SOX applications. 2-4 years of primary or secondary mortgage market experience Experience in documenting risk & controls (e.g. policies, procedures, process flows) Strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Self-starter / independent thinker: demonstrated ambition to take on new roles with increasing responsibility with limited guidance and direction from management Experience working on change management projects especially projects involving changes to business applications. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Responsibilities include: Participate in activities that support system deployment (e.g. process redesign, Day 1 setup, risk & controls documentation, user acceptance testing as assigned) Draft detailed procedures as intended using existing Level 4 process flows and other project documentation Meeting facilitation including agendas, meeting minute preparation and meeting presentation development Supporting ssue and risk tracking and resolution Develop and report on detailed timelines regarding completion of assigned tasks Develop and deliver internal training   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
