The position will support the ASAP team (Automated Standard Application for Payments) and will be responsible for providing business analysis and testing support to the ASAP Releases. This position will entail defining highly complex user requirements/objectives, performing user acceptance testing and assisting with various project management functions. The ideal candidate will be able to act as both a business analyst and a test analyst based on the needs of the project. Required: ·5-7 years experience working in a business systems analyst position ·Experience developing and executing test procedures ·Extensive knowledge of software QA testing concepts, processes,procedures, and tools ·Experience in writing acceptance test plans and test scripts ·Experience in documenting business requirements, and partnering with technical analysts to fully understand the functions of an application ·Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization ·Ability to work well in a fast paced environment ·Strong Organizational Skills ·Ability to present complex solutions to customers senior management ·Ability to create / use SQL code to research requirements / issues ·Ability to ask leading questions to elicit true application requirements from senior stakeholders ·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ·Excellent meeting facilitation skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
