Our team applies best practices in process design and product solutions for Program Integrity. This ensures we pay the right claim, at the right time, for the right amount, thus transforming claims processing performance. This role that is a blended role that can both satisfy the business with technical know-how. The Business Info Consultant is responsible for defining a business process as well as implementing it (either by themselves, or with a technical agile team). We are looking for motivated, creative, solutions experts who can help take health care to the next level. This person will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into business solutions. Responsible for serving as an expert in Robotic Process Automation using UiPath. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Create Bot Automation based on business requirements. Independently analyze business case scenarios and suggest best practices for Automation Work with stakeholders to deploy RPA solutions. Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Suggest Key Performance Metrics to support the automation process. May make recommendations based upon data analysis. Direct responsibility for the oversight, hands on participation and delivery of large scale Payment Integrity Projects/Programs. Large scale programs are defined as high cost, high complexity and/or high risk. Partner with SMEs to understand key processes. Strong interpersonal Skills. Requirements: Requires a BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Business Administration / Management, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or Management Information Systems 5 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools. Ability to manipulate large sets of data. Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills. Able to work in a distributed Agile Environment. Preferred: Technical Proficiency with UiPath RPA tool and experience in application or implementation support domain. Experience in systems integrations, project management and six sigma process highly desired. Technical Proficiency in MS Excel and related VBA programming.
