The Department of Corrections, Division of Management Services is currently recruiting to fill an Electronic Medical Record Business Analyst/Consultant IV position. This position will be located at our central office at 3099 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI (Dane County). Position Summary: This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring projects related to the support of the DOCs Health and Behavior Solutions Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This position serves as a member of the of the EMR Core Team staff, which includes Department employees from the Bureau of Health Services, the Bureau of Technology Management, the EMR Project Office, staff from the other program divisions, and the EMR private vendor. This position works closely with the BHS laboratory group to help identify areas of optimization and improved business processes for nursing workflows within the EMR. This position will also execute build and testing required for the delivery of effective EMR optimizations and upgrades. This position supports ancillary systems required for laboratory workflows and will work directly with multiple vendors to troubleshoot as needed.
