The Business Analyst must be able to demonstrate project management knowledge as they will play a dual role, focusing on both analysis and project management. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Example Responsibilities: Business Analysis: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements. • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from cross-functional teams. • Facilitate User Story development: Define/document requirements, acceptance criteria, create subtasks, prioritization of tasks, map stories, estimate workload, etc. Project Management: • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies. • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
