Incumbent will produce high level requirements, project plan, scope statement and ancillary documents to support efforts to build and implement data systems for Childrens Services Fund and the Crisis Intervention Team. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES The BA is responsible for gathering requirements, assist the design team with gathering requirements and use functional use cases for the Project. The BA will lead testing and acceptance criteria in scrum sessions. The BA will assist in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) corresponding to project scope and phase goals/requirements. The BA must possess the following skills: leadership/management, Analytical Skills, Design Skills, and effective communication. • Communicates effectively with departmental and interdepartmental staff and outside agencies to assure stakeholders are involved and assesses needs, delegates roles and duties related to projects. • Interprets scope of work statements, determines resource requirements, ensures resource leveling and assigns tasks to resources. • Works closely with IT Network Manager to manage vendor performance in support of implementation. • Develops and maintains detailed system documentation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience PM/BA Business Analyst. The position requires expert knowledge and experience in software and database implementation. High level of communication and planning skills.
