Seeking a Technical Analyst to work with Application monitoring team, You will responsible for doing gap analysis and provide recommendation for instrumenting end-to-end monitoring solutions that provide visibility into this companys Applications. The qualified candidate will support application and performance teams by providing critical applications fault, performance, availability and capacity data. The desired candidate will develop project dashboards and views that provide visibility into end-to-end monitoring. The candidate will also liason between Application owners and technical teams to conduct gap analysis sessions. They will also conduct JAD sessions to gather monitoring requirements. Required Skillset: - Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Spectrum and Sitescope. - Related experience as a Business Analyst. Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience. Working experience in the Information Technology domain. Proficiency using MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word. Competent with MS Visio and Share Point. Requirements gathering and analysis. Process analysis and documentation. Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Self-starter; collaborative; problem-solver. Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities.
