Monsantos seed manufacturing business is complex and unlike typical manufacturing processes, therefore candidates must have strong technical SAP LE experience and be able to quickly learn new processes in order to be successful in this role. The role is responsible in the areas of Shipping, Transportation, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules This person is responsible for assigned tasks throughout life cycle of request from requirements analysis, design reviews, writing functional specifications, testing, Go-live, end user training and hyper care support. The key success includes critical analysis of requirement and evaluating system capabilities with industry best practices. Responsibilities will include: • Extensive knowledge in system configuration to meet business requirements • Analyze, replicate, and resolve issues • Conducting workshops to identify technical gaps, solution design, testing activities • Excellent knowledge on end to end processes including Intra/Inter-company transfers, outbound delivery and inbound delivery processing, shipments, TPPs, Shipment Cost Document, Service Entry sheets, Inventory statuses, batch managements, warehouse management setup with internal and external ownership • Knowledge on integration SAP processes with 3rd party applications • Knowledge on reporting tool, KPIs development • Execute and monitor recurring monthly process activities and communication to stakeholders on status • Maintain process documentation and functionality changes • Develop Functional Design Specifications to work with development teams for custom development • Work with cross-functional teams on integration efforts as necessary to resolve technical and process issues • Work with end users, IT team members, and management to define and document business requirements, establish target dates with prioritizations • Must have excellent communication skills. Additional Info: - We have an additional need for the SAP LE BA in the current scrum team due to more work coming our way as part of the capital project. This is all new development work. - Will sit at Creve Coeur campus. - This is not a new team; this will be an additional to the existing Scrum team. - Could get extended based on funding approvals for regions in the new fiscal year. Could be extended based on headcount approvals. - MUST HAVES: experience in working on online interfaces in the SAP LE area - NICE to HAVES: Experience in working on yard management. - Open to candidates who are willing to relocate. - Open to subs.
