Candidates should be comfortable communicating with our business partners and technology teams. Works with business stakeholders to capture requirements. Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog. Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system gaps and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist in meeting customer needs. Own story card quality. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sponsors, developers and QA to reduce potential gaps in requirements. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes/systems and propose new solutions to enhance current business processes, operations, and information process flows. Define, facilitate, implement, and support IT solutions to meet business needs. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience analyzing, standardizing and improving processes with innovative business solutions. Healthcare IT experience: Agile project methodology experience Skilled with using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite Skilled at conflict resolution Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
