We are looking for Business Analyst Here are the details: Position: Business Analyst Location: Newark, NJ Duration: 06+ Months Required Skills: · 3 to 5 years experience in project delivery and business analysis · The ideal candidate will have a sufficient understanding of systems to be able to engage and communicate effectively with UI Designers, Developers and System Architects regarding Business and Functional requirements. · Practical application ability to develop reporting, dashboards and project analysis with Microsoft Office, Project and Visio · Expertise in using MS Office Tool Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) · Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall) with ability to gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and drive the BA workflow · Detailed analytical and project management abilities · Experience with current process documentation, data flows, task tracking, etc. · Demonstrated ability controlling requirements and solicitation meetings involving multiple stakeholders audiences · Serve as the expert on business and user requirements gathering and lead client sessions. · Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills · Certifications a plus (PMP, CSM, etc) · Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline If you are NOT interested, please forward the details to your friends and colleagues that may fit.
