TOP IS A FEDERAL PROGRAM THAT COLLECTS DELINQUENT DEBTS OWED TO FEDERAL AGENCIES AND STATES. ACCESS TO IRS FEDERAL TAX REFUNDS WILL ALLOW OUR AGENCY TO RECOVER MONEY OVERPAID OR FRAUDULENT UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. THIS IS AN INTEGRATION AND SOME CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. AS PART OF THIS PROJECT WE WILL RESEARCH HOW OTHER STATES HAVE IMPLEMENTED TOP TO REUSE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SOLUTIONS. RESPONSIBILITIES: LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION. ABLE TO FACILITATE THE GATHERING OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. FOCUSES ON WHAT AND NOT THE HOW. THIS IS NOT SYSTEMS ANALYST OR DESIGNER ROLE. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND SYSTEM/USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING WE USE THE RUP SDLC PHASES. EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS IS A PLUS.
