The IT BA should have a good understanding of business priorities and the relative importance of their projects. •Must be able to conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current state, such as IT infrastructure, applications, processes and procedures, document requirements for future state, and work with project team to document and communicate requirement changes. •Able to interpret the information conveyed by project status reports and financial data. Work with the project team to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best case solution. •Must possess strong ability to translate technical related information into non-technical language as necessary to effectively communicate across teams. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Interact with the Business, Solution Owners, Architect, Project Managers and team members from multiple organizations to gather and document requirements. Document current & future state assessments. •Function as a liaison between the business and technical teams. Maintain regular contact with clients. Manage requirement changes. Work with project team to define project scope and deliverables. Draft project Scope Document and make revisions/updates when needed. •Assess potential impacts to the business, work with project teams and business to ensure Business acceptance, provide timely communications to the stakeholders. •Create and maintain process flows and diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), users guides/instructions and training materials. •Translate from Japanese to English and vice versa. May assist with meeting facilitation. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education Requirement: •Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science, Business or related discipline preferred Qualifications / Skills Requirements: •Ability to communicate free of technical language to the business and end-user •Demonstrate strong analytical skills and understanding of project management methodologies and disciplines •Demonstrate IT knowledge and expertise in the areas being developed or enhanced •Strong collaboration, multi-tasking and organization skills •Strong oral and written communication skills.
