Job Description Consultant: End-To-End Testing Processes, Business Intelligence, Industry Knowledge Of Procurement, Memorandums Of Understanding, Recruitment Consulting Services

Description:

Responsibilities:

-Manages the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs, design and implement attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks, relocation/immigration, and hiring processes.

-Drives the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable HP to align staffing with the workforce plans.

-Ensures compliance with programs, such as workforce redeployment and reduction, university hiring and contingent workforce management.

-Supports staffing and disengagement activity resulting from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestitures.

-Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.

-Develops and manages relationships with staffing vendors and Global Business Services (GBS) organizations.

-Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

-Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.

-Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

-Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

-Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

-Frequently represents the organization to external customers.

Key Responsibilities
-Assesses critical demand profiles with Business HR, Recruiting builds talent pools against those needs
-Executes long & short term approaches to building external & internal talent pipelines
-Provides oversight for the role & responsibility of the dedicated sourcing associates
-Consults with managers and recruiters on the hiring process and develops a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates.
-Maintains ongoing relationships with recruiters supporting a business, function, sub-region, region
-Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes.

Requirements:

-First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.

-Typically 6-10 years of related experience.

-Advanced knowledge in the field of Human Resources as well as general business and industry knowledge.

-Additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth within the business unit or other Human Resource fields.
