Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion product suite. 5 years experience delivering IT financial solutions, preferably in the Financial Sector. Ability to team with business units and hardware engineers to deliver solutions for customers. Experience implementing Oracle integration solutions around Hyperion applications including both Data and Metadata. Rapid solution development capabilities. Ability to lead a team of both onshore and offshore resources to fulfill integrated solutions from source to customer. Manage project and application artifacts for ongoing development and support. Develop detailed project management plans for delivery of specific components of projects and continuous development work. Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Primary Responsibilities: Designing and building complex fully integrated data solutions around Hyperion applications, including moving data from source systems into Hyperion and moving data back out. Ability to lead a team of both onshore and offshore resources to fulfill integrated solutions from source to customer Manage and/or create project and application artifacts for ongoing development and support Develop detailed project management activities as input into overall project plan for delivery of specific components of projects and continuous development work Execution based on agreed upon deliverables and milestones Minimum Requirements: Experience implementing integration solutions into and out of Oracle Hyperion applications. Experience with requirements gathering and rapid solution development. Experience in Building dimensions using Load Rules File, Load data using Rules files, creating validation scripts to ensure no data is lost. Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Apps and/or OFSAA Ability to team with business units and hardware engineers to deliver solutions for customers. Technical leadership.
