The IS&T Data Integration Lead plays a major role in ensuring that technical architecture and deliverables are aligned with DHHS data integration requirements, policies, promote and enforce compliance through automation, security, and tools. He / She / They are responsible for ensuring effective integration between data management systems, data integration pipelines, reporting / analytical systems, data governance systems, and application systems to promote a modern event driven API led micro services reusable architecture. The IS&T Data Integration Lead will work with IS&T Data Management & Enterprise Business Intelligence and DHHS stakeholders to define, design, develop, and deliver tactical and strategic technical architectures that align with DHHSs Data Management Roadmap and Strategic Plan and achieve the business vision. The IS&T Data Integration Lead continuously develops and communicates the strategic technical architecture to the development teams and defines the features of the system. Scope of Activities: The IS&T Data Integration Lead will demonstrate competency across the following scope of activities: Provides support to IS&T project teams for all activities related to data management and enterprise business intelligence components developed and maintained for DHHS Champions data integration, event driven architecture, API led micro services, data and analytics packaged business capabilities, and all other technical aspects of data integration throughout the agency by defining and promoting best practices Has direct communication with data owners, data analysts, application developers, and / or vendors to convey technical requirements that automate data management and data integration Plan and lead technical implementations such as cloud based event driven data integration pipelines from internal and external data providers that increase interconnectivity between data domains, and data and analytics package business capabilities that provide self-service advanced analytics to the business Contributes to enterprise architecture development for data management and enterprise business intelligence Collaborates with IS&T Business Analysts to identify solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to project managers, owners, and stakeholders Required Credentials and Experience: Post High School coursework, training, or experience Capable of working 100% remotely during the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST IT experience working with enterprise data management and business intelligence platforms IT experience in data integration, data analysis, data modelling, and artificial intelligence and machine learning Preferred Credentials and Experience: IT experience working with APIs IT experience working with Azure IT experience working with Azure Data Factory IT experience working with Azure Data Lake IT experience working with Azure Synapse IT exper   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
