Extract, transform, and analyze data and statistics from production systems and various data stores to confirm assumptions and identify trends and opportunities. Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements. Create standards for reports and data analysis. Identify data quality issues by developing data quality audits, profiling data and resolving data inconsistencies. Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities. 7+ years Business Intelligence experience. Strong experience in Business Intelligence reporting and visualization tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, and Crystal Reports. Experience with SQL for both data definition and data manipulation. Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Access. Experience in documenting design specifications and other related documents. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these kills will be given preferential consideration. Experience within Call Center type environments as it relates to reporting and analysis.
