This role manages vendor coordination, technology modernization initiatives, implementation activities, and strategic infrastructure planning to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with agency objectives. Key Responsibilities Technology Planning & Project Delivery: *Telecommunications, network, infrastructure, and voice modernization projects. *Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements. *Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. *Coordinate project activities across DBHDD facilities and stakeholders. *Provide project status reporting to leadership. Infrastructure Modernization *Develop and manage infrastructure upgrade roadmaps for: -Voice Services (VoIP/HVS) -Data Networks -Wireless Infrastructure -Fiber and Structured Cabling -Public Address Systems -HVAC Monitoring Systems -Fire Alarm Infrastructure -Cisco Endpoint Refresh Programs -Support implementation of emerging technologies and infrastructure enhancements. Telecommunications & Voice Services *HVS/VoIP transformation initiatives. *Develop implementation strategies for voice modernization projects. *Coordinate site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities. *Ensure successful transition from legacy voice platforms. Vendor & Contract Management *Maintain partnerships with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors. *Coordinate vendor deliverables and project commitments. *Participate in technology evaluations and vendor selection processes. *Monitor vendor performance and contractual obligations. Asset & Infrastructure Governance *Oversee inventory management and reconciliation efforts. *Ensure infrastructure assets are properly documented in Asset Management systems. *Coordinate technology refresh initiatives and equipment lifecycle management. Special Projects *Assist in enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives. *Coordinate network integration projects. *Support agency strategic technology initiatives. Qualifications *Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. *PMP certification *5 years of project/program management experience. *Experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects. *Strong vendor management experience. *Experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
