Insurance or Financial background is a plus. Demonstrated success in project execution with involvement in multiple projects. Excellent communication skills to build relationships across the organization from the business through enterprise IT organization. Experience in various Software development life cycle/methodology. Large enterprise development experience in complex heterogeneous process oriented environments is a plus. Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
