Job Description Administrator: IBM Infoshpere Information Analyzer, CDC, LDAP, ETL RDBMS Dashboard Systems IIS Systems

Start Date :09/19/2016

Description :

- Perform the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems.
- Set up user accounts on organizations servers.
- Run necessary system backups.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks.
- May perform some programming and may be responsible for script writing.
- Recognized as expert in field, knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices.
- Conducts the most complex and vital work critical to the organization.
- Works without supervision with complete latitude for independent judgment.
- May mentor less experienced peers and display leadership as needed. - Typically requires 15 or more years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

- ADD TO Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering related field or Associated degree with 2 years system administration related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years system administration related experience

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years System Administration related experience (in addition to any experience identified above)


InfoSphere:

IBM InfoSphere Information Server platform Administrator.
Looking for seasoned IBM Infosphere Administrator to setup and configure the product on Intel virtual infrastructure.
Experience in administering InfoSphere Information Server platform 11.5
Experience using sftp with Data Stage
Experience using the CDC Tool and CDC within the Information Server Platform.
Experience in tool installation, upgrades, applying patching/roll-ups
Experience in installation and configuration of Governance Dashboard, Quality Center in IIS tools
Knowledge of Intel Virtual Server Configuration and its impacts to the tool
Knowledge of LDAP authentication methods
Thorough understanding of the ETL suites technical concepts
Strong UNIX scripting knowledge
Hands on experience with ETL tools
Experience with Oracle RDBMS
IBM InfoSphere certifications a strong plus, but not necessary
Experience with Cognos administration a big plus
