The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn new cutting-edge technologies and overcome technical challenges in a fast paced environment. The candidate will design and implement automated performance test scripts within a Microservice architecture which leverages DevOps, cloud computing, and data lake / big data technologies. The Tester will play a key role in authoring automated integration test scripts to validate the migration of three enterprise applications into a consolidated application. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability. Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases. Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes. Generate test summary reports for management review. Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions. Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities. Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing. Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of experience in developing test automation scripts using Selenium framework At least 5 years of experience in defining and automating integration tests At least 1 year of experience working as part of an Agile development team; SAFe experience a plus 3+ years of experience working in a CICD / DevOps environment 1+ years of experience with source control and configuration management tool preferably Git 1+ year of experience working in a cloud-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment Education and/or formal training may substitute for experience requirement TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience with Apache JMeter, LoadRunner or other performance testing tool Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL/Oracle Solid user expertise in SQL/PL-SQL Experience developing automation scripts within a Microservice architecture Experience with automation framework such as Selenium Experience with ATTD and associated technologies (Fitnesse, Junit, Karma/Jasmine) Experience with execution of automated test scripts using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices Experience with AWS cloud technologies or other cloud platforms Experience in an Agile development team, preferably SAFe Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub Experience with Xebium a plus Experience with 508/WCAG a plus Security testing experience a plus JAWS and BURP suite experience a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
