Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help develop and evolve the overall production vision and prioritize product requirements along with business owners and stakeholders Manage and refine the product backlog Articulate business and customer value to development team and use it to guide prioritization Collaborate with architects and business to come up with the best solution to enable product experience Provide guidance to the team on work breakdown approach and design. Use Agile principles to align teams with effective communication and transparency Participate in feature refinement sessions. Review requirements and test cases. Review and approve test strategy. Review and approve formal requirements. Establish Program Increment objectives for the team. Establish sprint objectives for the team User story/defects prioritization for the sprint Accept user stories when completed Participate in Program Increment and sprint checkpoints. Collaborate with Release Coordinator/Manager for feature release and necessary documentation. Adapt to changing priorities and accounting for the necessary adjustments Minimum Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of product management experience in technology Experience with Agile/Scrum product ownership In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Core Competency Requirements Outstanding communications, presentation and leadership skills Must have experience of DevOps, CI/CD Additional Requirements Preferred But Not Required Experience / knowledge cloud-based system (Azure or equivalent) Experience / knowledge container development Experience / knowledge of Kubernetes Product development experience in a healthcare industry   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
