Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer serving large-scale environments Hands-on experience with open-source technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, etc. Expert or near-expert skills with Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization automation with tools like Terraform, Chef, K8s, Docker or Ansible Familiarity with systems management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.) Proficiency in a high-level language like Ruby, Go, Java and/or Python, PowerShell Excellent communication, and documentation skills BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proficient in Git and repository management Responsibilities: Setup SDLC infrastructure for development, support and QA teams Setup and support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD pipeline) Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems by handling large volumes of data and develop solutions that have a significant impact at scale. Deploy complex applications, microservices, scheduled jobs, database objects, frameworks, configure secrets by following the established processes and best practices Capacity planning and support web application hosting. Maintain an inventory of hardware, network, and datacenter operations from time to time Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application and network.
