Advanced skills developing Restful web services is a primary consideration for this engagement. - The project that we are gearing up for is the refactoring of a mainframe application to a modern underlying infrastructure. The candidate will be expected to assist with the transition of the legacy mainframe application from CICS, COBOL, VSam to a .NET framework, C#, SQL environment. The ideal candidate: will be proficient in .NET, C#, and SQL must have a strong understanding of CICS, COBOL, VSam to support the legacy system transition will additionally have strong skills for developing RESTful APIs to support data exchange between various systems --- SCOPE OF WORK What does the project / work entail.
