Description: This position is a project manager for the Child Support KIDS Information Data system. Project duties will include project management/ coordination, direction, guidance and consultation of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid agile methodologies. Candidates must have experience with mainframe and web application development for large complex systems. Requires knowledge of and experience with large complex mainframe and web application development projects that use Microsoft.Net for web functions and COBOL, CICS and DB2, for mainframe functions. This position also requires knowledge of and experiences with project management techniques and automated project management tools used to create detailed project plans and support Program Management Office functions including Microsoft Office Suites. Requires knowledge and understanding of standard project management industry practices such as the PMIs framework. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works with project team and sponsor. Documents risks and develops mitigation plans. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers.
