Duties and Responsibilities • Administer a large CICS Production and Test environment (Sysplex mainframe environment) • Administer 3rd-party systems software, including CICS system utilities, along with application software development libraries (COBOL, JCL, PROCs, PARMs, copybooks) • Develop, design, maintain, test, document and deploy CICS systems-level and application software features and changes • Create new or modify existing CICS regions in support of new applications or CICS architecture re-engineering initiatives • Provide problem resolution, including diagnosis and root-cause analysis of CICS application software problems, configuration, and/or software-related problems. Many times working directly with the application teams • Install and maintain installation and maintenance of CICS software (Including CPSM support) and third party vendor software to maintain a reliable and stable infrastructure • 24 x 7 Oncall support for CICS • Configure CPSM Environments   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
