We are currently seeking a highly experienced individual to help lead our ServiceNow platform practice to assist our client with their digital transformation efforts. The ideal individual will have deep experience with enterprise solution architectures with a variety of technologies, but focused in low-code/no-code environments such as Service Now. We are seeking an individual who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Client: Enterprise Government Integrator Location: Woodlawn, MD Compensation: Competitive based on years of relevant experience Clearance: Able to Obtain a Public Trust clearance Responsibilities (include but not limited to): As a member of the cross-domain support team, this resource will support stakeholders in planning and implementing the ServiceNow Platform in Digital transformation and IT modernization, and digital process automation initiatives through: • Clear strategic vision and approach to projects • Establishing and fostering partnership and trust between the Business and Systems • Integrating process optimization and innovation engineering efforts into projects • Defining and promoting best practices around technologies • Creating and maintaining architectural standards • Promoting standard methodologies, tools and processes in support of project delivery across stakeholders • Drive enablement of project and business resources • Ensure proper governance • Drive maturity within the organization Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 20 years of work experience; Masters and 18 years of experience; or a minimum 24 years of work experience in lieu of a degree. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in three or more ServiceNow Platform areas 10+ years of relevant design and architecture experience 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) 4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data into a single system. 4+ years of relevant experience un ServiceNow Demand Management 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Jakarta or later releases 4+ years of experience in one or more ServiceNow Platform areas 4+ years of experience as a customer liaison in a technical area 2+ years of experience with the following: Documenting ServiceNow standards Agile (Scrum) Creating system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences Must be able to work onsite Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: Prior Government experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings.
