Testers will need to be experience with complex project deliveries with assertive milestones. • Sr. tester experienced in manual testing (automation a plus) • Work closely with Business users on a UAT test strategy and assist in test case development and reporting • Work with peer teams in development, project management and business users on project planning, milestone adherence and mitigation • Ensure test team members have proper test coverage and are completing test cases on time, reporting issues/defects and communicating risk to the project team • 5+ Years in QA/Test • Hands on experience with test case composition, test planning, test execution and defect reporting • Experience with large project deliveries leading test activities • Experience testing project for application or data migration a plus • Experience leading other testers • Remedy, Salesforce, Oracle and other ordering and billing systems, • CIS, EE or other technical degree or equivalent experience Skills required apart from usual QA skills are : 1. Experience in System requirement Analysis & Test Design 2. Experience in End to end business workflow test design and execution 3.
