Coordinates team activities to meet project milestones. * Directs/leads project teams comprised of subject matter experts, technical specialists, and support staff to produce a business plan in accordance with the strategic plan, operating budget, capital planning procedures and agency guidance. * Prepares, implements, monitors, and updates the project plan. Coordinates with the business owner and upper level management to ensure the actions are consistent with the approved plan. * Identifies standards or requirements for change management. Participates in change control (for example, reviewing configuration change requests). * Provides regular updates to project sponsor and stakeholders. BA Responsibilities: * Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. * Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. * Gathers information about the organizations work processes and information flows. * Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes. * Has basic knowledge in functions they support. Requirements: * This position requires a four-year degree in CIS/MIS or equivalent experience of 2-3 years of related project management experience in a large scale, cross functional, multi-system environment. Out of the 2-3 years required, at least 1 year in a combination of the following: * Progressive broad-based Project Management experience (which could include consulting) is desirable; knowledge and implementation experience in new computing architectures and networked computing structures. * Experience as Project Manager, with working knowledge of Systems development lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle. * 2-3 years of direct Business Analyst experience. * Experience conducting SOC 2 testing Must Have Hard Skills 1. Experience supporting or managing SOC2 assessments and remediation to address risks/issues as a result of SOC2 assessments across the 4 main Trust Services included within a SOC2 review from an IT perspective Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy is required. Experience managing the Privacy Trust Service and other type of audits (i.e. MAR/SOC1) is a plus. 2.
