Internal Audit is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Information Technology (IT) focused Staff Auditor Sr. The IT Staff Auditor Sr. will be exposed to various businesses and functions within the organization and assist with the planning, testing and reporting of both IT integrated audits and IT general control engagements. Audits will be performed in accordance with department and professional standards. The IT Staff Auditor Sr. will interact with various operational, compliance, financial and IT Auditors while performing their responsibilities Understanding IT business processes. Properly identifying IT risks. Planning and executing IT application control design and operating effectiveness and IT general controls testing. Evaluating audit results to determine if issues exist and improvement recommendations are necessary. Performing the audit function, communicating and documenting results. Will lead Audits. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degree that focuses on IT, Finance or Accounting or a related area. 3-5 years of experience performing audits (including policy, process, data, and regulatory). IT experience and/or experience in testing IT controls. Additional Skills and Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines. Professional certification (CISA, CIA, etc.) or progress toward certification preferred. Knowledge of financial services industry IT applications a plus. Working knowledge of Excel and Word, with Outlook, Access, ACL or Visio knowledge a plus.
