Job Description Analyst: CISSP, CISM, CRISC OR CISA, SANs PCI DSS Hipaa FISMA GRC Framework I

Candidate will support the Global Business Security ITIO Security Compliance team responsible for assessing Global IT infrastructure and cloud security posture and documenting risk reduction plans. Assessments will identify compliance obligations for HIPAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), ISO-27001/2, HP internal and other regulatory or contractual obligations. Individual will work with teams across the company. Effort will involve communicating with numerous functions and services to ensure appropriate activities are reviewed to support each IT service capabilitys compliance requirements. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to management and will assist in reviewing and validating security assessment results and risk remediation options.

Internal and External Descriptions:

* Scoping Engage HP teams to assist in determining level of interaction with other service areas.
* Determine regulatory and/or compliance requirements applicable to specific infrastructure services.
* Identify major core infrastructure services and supporting systems/applications.
* Review relevant audit and assessment results to identify in place security control status.
* Update and maintain eGRC application with service identification, owner/contact information, status, general description/purpose, applicable compliance, etc.
* Work with SSP, HIPAA and PCI teams to scope assessments and update questionnaire content.
* Provide identified risk findings to the ITIO Security Compliance & Risk team members.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss workload, issues, needed process changes, etc.

Education and Experience Required:

* First Level University degree.
* 3+ years in Audit and Compliance (assessor) roles
* 4+ years in IT

Knowledge and Skills Required:

* Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key IT operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to risk management and compliance.
* Professional Security certification (i.e., CGEIT, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, SANS, etc).
* Experience initiating and tracking remediation against aligned governance/compliance frameworks.
* Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to cyber security and data protection.
* Proven track record of successfully managing project requirements.
* Perform in a teaming environment as an enablerexperience leading IT and security practitioners to sound remediation.
* Strong communicator, comfortable discussing/consulting with technical and business staff.
* Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Broad understanding of security fundamentals and general security technologies, including operating systems, network security (firewalls, VPNs, IPSec), Security Event Management, Business Continuity, physical security, cryptography, Identity Management, PKI, directory services, etc.
* Broad understanding of regulatory security and data privacy compliance requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX-ITGC, FISMA/FedRAMP, ISO 27001/2, SSAE-16, Cloud Security).
* Experience with GRC tools (such as Archer) or knowledge of Unified Compliance Framework (UCF).
* Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics.
* Sound decision-making and judgment, especially under pressure.
* Ability to work in and succeed in a remote/virtual environment.
* Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills.
* Ability to leverage ITIL standards applied to security.
* Experience working with senior management at large multi-national corporations
