ACF2 is a security product for mainframe from CA (Computer Associates) Experience with IAM for some or all of the following platforms, applications, databases and applications is preferred: o ACF2 o TSO o DB2 o Oracle o Active Directory o Exchange o UNIX/Linux Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Processes security and change requests to ensure accurate and timely completion of user access creation, modification and deletions Acts as the liaison among stakeholders (associates, customers etc.) to review, document, and communicate system activities to ensure access requests are completed consistent with service level standards Identifies, documents and escalates access issues and risks to Team Lead as warranted and determine resolution Communicates with customers to provide status updates on access requests and documents in ticketing system IN Ticket, NARS, CSR or other request systems Reviews and follows up on ACF2 submissions to provide status reports on changes and trends in the use of systems Documents and maintains procedures for access control functions such as access provisioning/de-provisioning, reconciliation, and log reviews under the direction of a Team Lead to ensure consistency Analyzes root cause to recommend resolutions for provisioning and de-provisioning activities in accordance with standards, policies and procedures   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
