Researches to understand any Support Pack and SAP OSS notes requirements - be proactive Works with our hosting vendor (ACS) to ensure software is properly installed does not necessarily have to perform the actual install Works with the CLM functional team to ensure that issue resolution is achieved on time Responsible for the technical stability of CLM. Provides input into performance tuning Works with eBay security team to ensure the correct CLM user management scenario is used Works with the eBay interface team as needed, to follow up on technical questions Ensures that any CLM frontend end components work right for the team Provides updates on CLM technical project plan during eBay team meetings (currently Wednesdays) Works with eBay internal teams to ensure network security, LDAP connectivity, Single Sign on is accomplished for CLM Works with the project team to prepare sizing document for QA and production deployment Help set up the testing environment for CLM.
