Qualified candidates will feel they are experts in at least two ECM solutions (eg: Open Text, EMC Documentum, Alfreco,etc.) and print publishing parts of these solutions or a print publishing solutions ( eg: Cenveo Publisher Service, RSuite CMS, etc.). They will be able to do a vendor analysis of ECM solutions based on the business and functional requirements and help with Vendor recommendation. Ideal ECM Lead will have experience working on small agile teams doing large enterprise software projects, from conception and planning, to development and delivery, to testing. This position will interact closely with either a Kan Ban team or a Scrum team to shape project requirements and guide projects through completion. INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lead Vendor Analysis, RFP and Vendor selection process. Must be able to solve complex coding challenges about content management and print publishing using hand written pseudo-code Must be able to describe solutions to conceptual problems around organizing information in maintainable ways in a CMS Must be able to design and develop content models, security models, meta-data schemas and content types. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work within a large enterprise environment sometimes with waterfall managed projects and sometimes with small agile teams Problem solve typical issues encountered with CMSs with a large user base that support thousands of documents. Participate in project planning and estimating within a team context Works tightly with other members of the team Required Skills: Expert knowledge of one of the ECMS like Open Text, EMC Documentum, Alfreco,etc and/or * Expert knowledge of Print Publishing systems like Cenveo Publisher Service, RSuite CMS, etc. Knowledge of Content Management Interoperability Services Knowledge of integrating ECM with Web Content Management system like Drupal or Open Text WCM. Education/Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise content management systems and/or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience with print publishing technologies, preferably by applying publishing principles towards effective business solutions. Must have experience with implementing structured content solutions that support multichannel output Must have experience in supporting multi-channel output that meets accessibility standards Must have experience in developing semantic rich solutions, including implementations of enterprise taxonomies Experience in print composition and automated pagination using such technologies as InDesign or XSL-FO EDUCATION: CS Degree preferred (or equivalent experience with full engineering rigor)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
