Coordinate the gathering and reconciliation of detailed business processes and systems requirements for the development of the Concept of Operations, State Self-Assessment and MITA Roadmap. Collaborate with business managers and specialists in policy, operations and technology to understand needs and incorporate into the Concept of Operations, State Self-Assessment and MITA Roadmap. An in-depth knowledge of the MITA 3.0 standard will be necessary to successfully complete required deliverables. Develop associated process maps and use cases. Document business process sessions and/or interview results. Develop surveys to be used to perform the State Self-Assessment. Assist with the development of MITA 3.0 overview and guidance materials. Required Skills: 1. Knowledge of the MITA 3.0 standard and assessment techniques. 2. Knowldege of the CMS Seven Standards and Conditions. 2. Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities. 3. Experience with Medicaid systems and processes. 4. Experience interviewing and collecting information from business and technical users and transforming this into consumable information. 5. Experience facilitating meetings with business and technical representatives. 6. Experience producing business process maps and use cases. 7.
