About the Job We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Digital Applications AEM Expert. The AEM expert will provide technical direction and hands-on leadership for our digital platforms. You will be accountable for conception and design of various digital platforms. You will play a key role on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. Ideal candidate will have the following: Proven track record of quality software developing, delivering complex web application and Enterprise CMS solutions. Drive of business problems to cost effective solutions that add value to the organization. Able to collaborate in a high performing fast paced environment while influencing others to uplift the team spirit and believe in self-motivation. Major Responsibilities Design high-performance web applications that interacts with internal systems like CRM, ERP and external providers platforms. Provide technical leadership and hands-on assistance to various roles on the digital development team. Lead technology evaluation and adoption efforts (including proof-of-concept and proof-of-technology). Design foundational / reusable frameworks. Analyze complex business problems, articulate technical options, and recommend solution per desired scalability, maintainability, cost-effectiveness, risk-avoidance, etc. Deliver conceptual, logical and physical architectures. Deliver technology patterns, standards and guides. Mentor team on how/when to adopt them. Prescribe appropriate types and levels or architecture review, code review, testing, documentation, monitoring and metrics to ensure ongoing digital health and production support of our platforms. Consult with administrators and staff to define and design an effective Web Architecture. Work closely with user to develop functional requirements for dynamic, CMS/Data driven web applications and collaborate with developers to build them. Acquire and apply knowledge of new web technologies and methods to solving operational problems. Work under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Typical Duties Defines system application architecture and articulates the architecture and technical vison to web authors to determine requirements for web pages and related applications. Compiles LOB specifications and devises the technical infrastructure to support web-based applications. Serves as a technical resource to administrators and department head in the development of Web Presence strategy in keeping with priorities, objectives and plan. Defines the architecture and develops the detailed technical design for incorporating legacy and other applications into the web portal. Analyses and troubleshoots complex hardware and software operations problem related to Web operations. Oversees the testing and maintenance of Web links. May prepare and make presentation on Web and Portal projects for various groups.
