Location: Columbia, MD (Remote during COVID) Duration: Temp to Perm Compensation: Competitive based on years of relevant experience & education Clearance: Able to obtain & maintain a positions of Public Trust Responsibilities: Experience designing and developing projects including suite of report services, views, and dashboards In collaboration with the Solutions Architect and Data Architect, design and implement an intuitive reporting UI which supports user self-service reporting Create highly usable and compliant (security, 508) user interfaces Create report prototypes to obtain customer feedback Collaborate with team to design new features and functionality Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CMS stakeholders and other contractors Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of related Front-End development experience w/ enterprise level web applications. May substitute degree for an additional 5 years of experience. 3-5 years utilizing the following front end development technologies: Angular 6, KendoUI, Bootstrap, HTML5, SASS/CSS, JSON, & Web Services integration Experience with KendoUI is required OR proven/demonstrated experience building over similar components Must have experience with Jasmine or similar technology for Testing 2+ years using Agile methodologies in project environments (preferably SAFe) Must demonstrate knowledge of developing front end systems with Section 508, ADA, or WCAG compliance Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds Preferred Qualifications: Active Public Trust clearance CMS, Federal Health, or Healthcare IT experience Experience with UI Design concepts Experience with multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/frameworks such as J2EE, Spring MVC, JBoss, Fuse, MQ, RDBMS, AWS, SOA, ReactiveX, Google Material Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
