The GDPR EIT Program Lead will design the packages for the projects and oversee the GDPR EIT project teams. II. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Positions primary duties or major accountabilities: Developing a GDPR EIT Program Target Operating Model a. Organizing and managing workshops to facilitate drafting of the Target Operating Model - 10% Coordinating completion of Operating Policies (10%) a. Identifying entities/Business Units requiring operating policies b. Monitoring progress of entity policy development teams c. Providing input to entity policy development teams Developing GDPR Program Procedures and Reporting (20%) Coordinating workshops to facilitate development of procedures to manage: • Application and Data • Record of Processing • Process and Training i.e. Privacy by Design IT Risk, Infrastructure and Security Training and Communications (10%) a. Developing training materials and schedule b. Delivering train-the-trainer sessions c. Implementing and managing intranet site to facilitate communications d. Organizing Communication events and correspondence for all BU participants Facilitating controls gap analysis, remediation planning and managing remediation for all business units (10%) a. Workshops to assist with controls gap analysis BU by BU roll out b. Remediation planning and Execution c. Customized remediation playbook for each BU Remediation management and Delivery Project Management (40%) a. Developing and updating project plan b. Creating weekly status reports c. Facilitating weekly status calls d. Creating management reporting e. Bring thought leadership and consulting skills f. Strong communication skills III. QUALIFICATIONS Education Undergraduate degree (BBA or BS). Preferable areas of study may have included computer science, management information systems, engineering, or finance Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) 4+ years IT audit experience, IT Risk in a large complex organizational setting 2+ years financial institution experience, preferably with exposure to consumer banking, commercial banking and enterprise risk systems 2+ years managing large projects Licenses/Certifications Certified Information Systems Auditor (“CISA”), Required Technical Qualifications & Skills • Strong understanding of the COBIT Control Framework, • Strong understanding of data governance, risks and controls • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Access and Powerpoint). Experience in flowcharting a plus. IV. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the positions primary duties & responsibilities.
