Responsibilities include: Implementing, managing and administering Informatica products including PowerCenter, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC, previously Enterprise Information Catalog or EIC), and Data Quality (IDQ). Assists in supporting other COTS software used for data management, analytics, and reporting including Tableau, SAS, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Data Services. Performing software installations, upgrades, and trouble-shooting primarily in a Microsoft Windows Server environment. Providing production support while adhering to rigorous change management procedures and high system availability requirements. Working directly with data engineers and data analysts to design solutions, implement changes, and resolve issues.
