You are a Quality and Reliability expert with a track record of improving the quality of Semiconductor components during New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as maintaining it throughout its life cycle. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering or an Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience as a Semiconductor Component, Quality, Reliability or Product Engineer. Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. American Society for Quality certification (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA). 10 years of experience in Quality/Reliability and Semiconductor IC technology. Experience with data analysis in quality reliability. Ability to travel as required. Responsibilities: Be responsible and establish the Quality and Reliability for Hardware components such as HDD, SSD, Memory, CPU, PDU and Passives components throughout the life cycle. Provide consultation to the Design, Manufacturing and Commodity teams in qualification, and application of components. Work cross-functionally to define and ensure processes are in place to provide the data required to manage quality and reliability. Work with the engineering team to create reliability predictive models for advanced technology nodes and translate the requirements into actionable projects.
