Must be able to clearly explain test case intent, make updates based on feedback, and follow-through on all action items: perform in the test execution of performance scripts to ensure that the application meets the performance criteria; coordinate and/or lead multiple Test Readiness Reviews to ensure all preconditions to the start of test exec. Qualifications: The Software Test Lead will be responsible for effectively managing the test process for an enterprise project. This position will be responsible for the overall master test strategy and coordination and execution of the testing lifecycle across multiple test efforts according to company guidelines and standards. The software test lead is expected to provide functional and technical leadership in the areas of unit, string, system (white and black box), performance, and user acceptance testing. Working with the business process owners and internal business clients will require an understanding of the business processes and requirements to effectively execute and manage the testing process.
