This position is responsible for developing new software components, including client applications, server components, and database structures to meet project requirements. Repairing and modifying production systems to maintain their operational functionality. Providing unit testing on developed product to ensure quality and consistency with the desired requirements. Working with end users to determine needs and enhancements/changes to the software systems. Providing technical leadership. Delivering work products that meet the minimum assigned requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring programs and responding to errors and providing after/before business hour support. • Bachelors degree with emphasis in systems development or related area or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience. • Five to six years IT experience to include short-term and long-range planning, budgeting, systems analysis and design • Experience in data and process modeling of business requirements. • Knowledge and experience of relational database technology. • Knowledge of all phases of the systems development life cycle. • Exposure to client/server and/or web development. • Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving skills. • Demonstrated effective time management, planning and organization skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks, projects and priorities in a fast paced matrix-managed environment. • Experience using software applications such as Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences. • 3-6 years of .NET C# front-end development experience • 2-3 years of HTML/CSS development experience • Angular 2+ experience and/or full-stack development is a strong plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
