The Client is requesting bids to redesign its website www.AirQKC.org. The current AirQ website (Quintons Corner) is directed towards teaching children about air quality through various games and videos. We would like to enhance the capabilities and functionality of our website and expand the appeal of the website to include adults so that we can extend our outreach further into the Kansas City community. The consultant should focus on a responsive design and build a website that brings our existing branding and artwork to the next level. The website must be formatted using HTML 5 and CSS 3 and will remain hosted on MARCs internal server. *Required Skills: *The final product delivered to MARC must conform to the following technical specifications: *Fully operational across all browsers and operating systems *Uses current Web standards: HTML 5 Transitional, CSS 3 *Addresses accessibility issues, with consideration given to those with limited vision, limited motor skills and other disabilities. Descriptive alt-tags should be used for images. Images can be used for textual content provided that the image alt-tag is filled in with the textual content. *Utilizes responsive design and can be viewed clearly on various sized screens *Includes print style sheet A. General firm qualifications related to the Scope of Work. B. A listing of similar projects undertaken within the last two (2) years, by proposing firm and/or its subcontractors, showing contract amounts, description of work performed, client contact persons, phone numbers, and email addresses. Project samples may be included as links. C. Resumes of key professionals staff who will be assigned to this project. D. A listing and qualifications of all subcontractors, if any. E. Location of project office. F. Description of special assets, areas of expertise, analytical tools, data sources, and equipment to which the firm may have access that are relevant to the Scope of Work. G. References.
