This developer will have the opportunity to be involved through multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle from design to implementation of the Grantor solutions. Responsibilities will include assisting with the Design effort, technical documentation, and Pega configuration and development activities. * Must be a eligible for a public trust clearacne Managing a team of at least 2 or more Pega developers Complete assigned technical designs and code on time and within budget Deliver quality work products in compliance with both Accenture and client standards Develop functional understanding of each assigned deliverable Participate in the peer review process for designs and code Verify all functional requirements are covered in completed technical designs and build Create Unit Test Plans and ensure various cycles are handled (normal, error handling, negative testing) Document cutover/configuration while working through Build Work with Functional Team for design/functional clarification Understand and strictly utilize development standards Participate in status meetings and provide metrics as needed Follow the established migration process to ensure successful version management Validate programs are in the correct environment at the start of each testing phase Complete development of assigned defects in a timely manner Complete thorough unit testing of assigned defects Verify all functional requirements listed in the defect are met by fix Provide assistance and support to functional team during test phases Update design documents after defect is fixed The developer will own specific pieces of functionality and processes as it relates to the overall implementation. The consultant will work with the client and our project team to refine requirements and identify possible solutions. The consultant will work with the team and client to document functional designs and work alongside the build team to build the objects. The consultant will configure the system where necessary. The consultant will participate in the Build, Test and Deploy phases of the SDLC as well. The consultant will have the potential to lead sub-areas of scope as well. Minimal LCAT Qualifications: Following Pega Skills and experiences are required: - Minimum 3 years Pega Development experience - Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) on version 6.x is required - Hands on Design/Development experience in Pega Case Management required - Pega PRPC 7.x skill or training is preferred - Ensures maintainable solutions within PRPC by following best-practices a) Pega organizational routing process b) Application Security concepts c) Integration (ex. Soap) and their error handing d) Custom CSS and UI components e) Reporting (ex.
