Job Description:

Require Masters degree + 2 years of experience as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Guide a team of Marketing Cloud developers in implementing Marketing Cloud.
Provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter knowledge in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of technical solutions to drive exceptional user experience and in-creased productivity.
Design and deliver industry-leading solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Partner with the MC Senior Tech Lead to provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce
Marketing Cloud architecture, design and implementation and design and lead Marketing Cloud development efforts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize various initiatives, assist in developing requirements and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements.
Lead technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the clients business objectives.
Lead grooming workshops with business and technical resources
Conduct design walkthroughs
Lead the technical delivery of Marketing Cloud implementations.
